This time i'm serious!
1: Is it possible to fly one of the big planes at the airport or just the small ones we can fly?
2: Is it possible to stay in the air for more than a minute?

1. No you cannot fly any plane in the game except the Dodo.
2. You cannot stay in the air for more than 1 minute, 10 seconds is good!

PS: Yeah, I love pie!
