1. To fly a dodo plane you have to line the plane up with the runway
2. Accelerate and push forward on the left joy stick until sparks start flying from the bottom as soon as this happens let go of the joystick and let the Dodo lift up from the ground.
3. Only turn with slight taps of the joystick

Put the cheat for flying car, when you put it get any car and go to the broken brige from the frist island then you would fly to the second. That island is going to have a train it would be open. You have to get on it and it will take you to the third island. Which you went all three island before you pass all the mission.

Activate the flying car(dodo) cheat or the better handling cheat.(I prefere the dodo car cheat.) Then floor it to the end of the bridge and hope that you make it to the other side.
If you used the better handling cheat that allows you to jump, it may take a while to get it. After you make it, follow that road all the way till you reach the end of that road. Then, hang a right. You should come apon another barracade.
Hang a right right into the grass and follow that road. Go until you see a stadium. Stay on that road until after you passed the army surplus.

First, use one car to prevent the door from shutting, which means it must be sticking out of the garge.
Now pack as many cars in as you can, try stacking them to optimize space.
This will require some patience and tricky maneuvering on you part.

Find ten hiddin packages a you will get a message in your beaper saying a gun has been deliver to your hidout. The more hiddin packages you have the better weapons you get.

First you need to get a fast car, preferably a cop car or a banshee. (To get a banshee go to the Capital autos shop, and break the glass.) Then go to the Callahan bridge, and get through the barricade. Activate the flying car/dodo cheat or the better handling cheat,it makes you jump by clicking the left thumbstick( R,L,Black,L,Left,R,R,Y) Stay on the bridge but back up until you are at the barricade. Then go as fast as you can. Wait to click the left thumbstick until you are almost off the bridge. If you do it to soon or to late, you will miss the bridge, and hit the water. After you get over the bridge, go to the porter tunnel and hang a left. Follow the signs that say Shorside Vale.
