Ye sure, get one car at a time to follow you at a reasonable speed, to your location. Lead them to the Yakuza and get out and watch the action. But don't drive too fast or shoot at the Cartel before you lead them to Yakuza.

All you have to do is get a fast car and let the guys follow you to the yellow dot on the minimap. Be careful they will try to spin you out and when you get into the trap area get out fast there will be massive shooting.

Ye thats easy get a fast car like a cheetah - banshee - infurnus and then get someone to follow you to the sopot where the people are waiting and you just have 2 do that 3 times
