Someone please help I'm on the mission bomb da base act 2...

Once you have picked up 8 ball he will give you a sniper-rifel.

Get in the car you came in and get 8 ball take him to the place you have to go he will talk a little then look at your map it will have a pink dot go there. Go up the stairs to the roof.

Then switch to your sniper-rifel.Aim(at the guys that are protecting the boat) at there heads they will die kill them all and make sure 8 ball does not die then 8 ball will plant the bomb he will run and it will say mission passed.

Try taking an adrealine pill-aka "that pill that makes things slow"- and snipe off the gunman on the boat from that spot in the harbor that you have to climb steps to get too (it should be adjacent to the boat).
