HELP,
 I need to cheat to get enough money for the bomb da base mission and I want to use the cheats but can not!!! For some reason the only cheats I can use are the ones that DO NOT include using the up down left or right on the joy sticks or the arrow pad!
 
 I have GTA 3 not the double pack
 
 I do not know what I am doing wrong!!!! Please help...

You don't need a cheat to do an ammunition store buy the $10,000 gun.

Then pick up 8 ball go up the stairs to the right shoot everyone on the boat (don't worry about two men by trucks only shoot one of them).

There are people over to the right on the boat two once you shot everyone go get in the truck mission passed.

SORRY, but you are wrong chris. The 10,000$ gun is not in portland. it is in staunton island. And you cant get there unlessyou finish 'bomb da base'. So you MUST get the moola. Advice from the master: go to Portland harbor, and mug all the male diablos or all the detectives (you know, the ones in the trench coats ). Reason: they usually have a lot of extra cash on them, and there arent any cops in the harbor. You can believe me, you are talking to a guy with the criminal record of : international terrorist.
