Do you have to pass all of the missions on Portland to start the missions on Staunton Island? If that doesn't work can you start any missions after using the dodo code for flying a car over the gape in Callahan Bridge and into Staunton Island?

Basically you have to finish missions up until the point when Salvatore Leone asks you to pick up a car and drive it to the crusher.

<font color=green>When you do this mission, Maria will page you, stating that the car is rigged with a trap and tell you to come to her instead.

Meet her at the dock at the end of the small tunnel at the Callahan Bridge anchorage, and she will introduce you to Asuka. You will then have to drive their boat to Asuka's condominium.

Once you do that, you pass the mission. Asuka's first mission will call for you to kill Salvatore. When you set out to do so, the bridge will have been repaired.</font>

Yes, you do have to finish all of the portland missions (except for the phone missions) to get to do the staunton missions.

No you dont have to do the phone missions but the other ones you have to do.
