Its Staunton Island and you need to do all the missions for the Mafia (Salvatori's) or you could put in the flying car cheat and fly over.

You need to go to the parking lot below 8-ball's bomb shop and behind the glass is a very fast banchee. Break the glass and steal the car then use a cheat "DoDo" code. Then go to the Callahan Bridge and go around the right side of the barracades and floor it-then the car will start to fly. It may take a few times but it is worth it!!!

<p>To get to <b>Staunton Island</b> you can do either of the following:<ul><li>Apply the Dodo Car cheat, drive onto the bridge, and depress the left analog stick as you come off the roadway into the gap.

Release the stick when you have landed on the other side.<li>Clear all of the missions posed by the members of the Mafia, until you come to their final mission, which asks you to pick up a car in the Red Light District and drive it to the crusher.

When you near the car, Maria will page you to tell you to come to the dock near the Callahan Bridge anchorage. Do so and drive the boat to Asuka's condominium on Staunton Island.

You will pass the mission and the bridge will have been fixed.</ul></p>
