Alright you know the weird guy at the door well buy him a few drinks then he will go to sleep when he does go upstairs and he will tell you where the deed is the go outside and go up to the tree at the end of the garden and dig then you will find the deed then you can have sex with the girls for free and they will ask to turn it into somthing else but then the girls don't have sex with you so I wouldn't
