Tis what you do when you buy the house it will give the option of renting it out.Then after a well you will get to collect the money by going by the money bags will be out side the house on the floor.Also you can sleep in the beds without getting in trouble.Just a cool little fact.
HI to rent out a house you must first buy it then walk to the sign were you went to buy the house and press A then it will say rent out house press A and now your house will be rented out.
