Well, you CAN marry the barber shop owner, but that may be just about it. I know that you can marry the old bat in charge of the charity shop (Bleh...) but other than that, I don't think so. If you really want to own a shop, kill the shop keeper, and buy it. However, if you want the stuff to come back on the shelves, you'll have to rent it out. Fear not though, you get a discount on their wares and they'll pay you rent. (Not much though, you're better off buying regular houses.)

You can marry a shopkeeper, it's the exact same as marrying anyone else.
But no, you do not get the shop, a new owner comes an owns the shop.

bwiseman answered:

Well I didn't try and marry her I just lead her out of town and then got her drunk and when I got back to the shop it's for sale, you can do this with anyone living in bowerston north and south. Lead them out side of town tell them to wait first (important) then give them a few beers and leave them there.

You can marry a shopkeeper, but you don't get the shop. You can kill the shopkeeper and buy the shop, but nothing really happens. You get rent from the shop but it's not very much.

Actually you can marry the shopkeeper and get the shop. You cant kill the barber in bowerstone south
Guest answered:

THE way:
1. Buy the marital home in b.south and live in it
2. Visit scarlett in the shop during the day, make sure shes in love with you (big pink heart) and pass her a ring. The heart above her head will turn gold.
3. Tell her to follow you and then step just outside her shop door. (close enough to the door that it can't close, but not inside)
4. Eat a moonfish to turn day into night. Shes not a shop keeper at night so you can talk to her without trade.
5. Since you told her to follow you, she should be standing just inside the door in front of you. Talk to her and you should get confirmation or your mariage
6. Take her straight home, strip naked, do some arm pumps and bed her.

Your welcome. Paul j
