That's the Dark Plate Armor and it can be bought in Twin Blade's Camp, Knothole Glade, (I think The Arena), and I believe Bowerstone North or South can sell it too. Regular Plate Armor can be found in similar Places, and Bright Plate can be found in The Arena or on some traders wandering through forests. There might be a few other places, but if there is, I forget.
