Ok, to find all of the Bright Plate Armour.
The only way to get it all is to buy it in The Arena, but I also think that you can buy it from wandering Traders in Darkwood, Greatwood and Witchwood.
And yes, there is armour better than it, it's called Archons Battle Armour. You need 25 Silver Keys to open the chest in The Necropolis.

You can buy it all in the arena but your probably already past that so you can buy it from the traders that walk everywhere

I have all the bright plate armor, but I had to buy it from a few different shops and traders. It takes a while, but it's worth it

I buy them from wondering traders but if you want something for free after buying it..... Just kill them

You can buy the bright plate armour from the arena or traders walking around and the is a set of armour but you have to get all of the silver keys and find the box

If you can buy the chestplate only at the arena and later buy it from traders that walk around witchwood thats the only place you can get it

You buy it from wandering traders in witchwood.
I belive it is also avalable in bowerstone south.
