Yea when you get to the bottem of the second one you have to fight a golden bones and he drops a golden mirical egg but you can only do this once iv tryed.

Yes, you only can fight golden bones once, but you can get miracle eggs from another place as well. In the basement of the garibaldi temple, in the hallway right before you fight Legion and Nuclais, there are these bubble-looking things called evil cores. They drop miracle eggs also, however, it is a rare drop so you may have to run in and out of the save room to fight them over and over a few times before you will get one.
