this may be ov no help because i don't have it eather but i think u need 2 steal something from him the second time around, steal from clock/teleport person, or daracula
if u missed it just do the boss battle thing[it's unlocked when u beat daracula
You're thinking of the spear-type weapon called Chauve-Souris. You HAVE TO CREATE it to obtain it. In order to make it, you need the following items: Trident (Made from Sasumata, Ether, and Aquamarine), Versitile Spear (Made from Trident, Phlogiston, Nagitata, and Ether), Devil's Vein (obtained from stealing from Isaac in the first fight), and a Dark Crystal.
To get Boss Rush Mode you need to beat the game. Not necessarily 100%, but just get past the last part. You don't need to get 100% on maps or anything, but it's always nice to be able to explore, in my opinion.
