Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I'm at the part where I'm suppose to help Ilia and the Zora Prince get back to Kharakio(?) village but I can't seem to get past the part where we are traveling and those bores/archers are coming for us. The bridge part was easy, but the rest is not. I have been trying for 4 hrs and I can't seem to get it. What am I doing wrong and is there an easier way to defeat these foes.

The tips are to kill the birds either shoot them with arrows but I don't think it kills them or use the gale boomerang to stun them. NEVER get off the horse unless you are opening a gate. Spin attack the moblins on the boars and if you hear screaming then it is probably the truck is on fire. Use your gale boomerang to blow it out.

Let the enemies on boars crowd around you, then use the spin attack to take them all out at once, as for the birds either use your bow if you're a good shot, or use the gale boomerang. When the cart catches fire, use the boomerang to put it out.

You don't really have to worry about the boar-riding goblin things only the evil bird that drops a bomb. Just before the bird drops a bomb shoot it with your arrows otherwise you will stray off track and have to go in a complete circle (which sucks). Don't forget to put out the carriage with your Gale Boomerang and you should get through this part easily.

If the cart catches fire, make sure that you put it out with the Gale Boomerang. Other than that, just stay with the cart, unlock the gates when needed, use your Arrows on the Birds and Spin Attack the Moblins on Boars!
