Question for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I am in the Lakebed Temple and I am having trouble progressing with the game and have been stuck for ages! I am in Room 10, where you are surpose to chain your way to the vines near a door and climb down to a doorway. Through this door to your right there are two water fountains shooting up near a gate with a spider/monster the otherside of some railings. To your left a waterwheel which is not moving! How do you get out of this Room 10 to get to Room 11? If you go back to the room and then go through the lower door on level 1, you come to a room with a bridge/wall that you cannot get onto. How do you get out of this room to get to the next level? There is another door, but it is accros the otherside of the room and seems imposible to get too. Any help will be really appreciated.

I no I no lol well if you look up at the roof you wil c big rock type things which you can shoot down wit bomb arrows so you shoot them they will go in the water shootin up nd you can hop across problem solved

Ok kym. I must be honest. I am not excatly sure wich specific room you are in and I'm not going to look. But. The Main idea about the water temple is the two fountain room. I have the gamecube version. I am not sure wich version you have but if you have the Wii. Then All the directions I will mention are mirrored. West=east. You get it. To unravel this temple you must find the first of two "fountains. The entrance to the first is on the 2nd floor of the east wing. Youll recognize the room by the large spiral slide. Get to the topfind the "hang switch to start the water. Then at the bottom pull another "hang switch to release the water. And follow the water through. Anything else just post.
