I'm coming to the end of the game now and I'm wondering that when you complete the game can you still roam around and do stuff?

Of course not. You'll just see the ending movie, then the credits, and then you've finished the game. Nothing to do except start a new save or laod your old save and beat the final boss again.

Yep. Once you've completed the game, choose your file again and it'll be like you never fought the final boss, so you can just leave and do whatever you want.

Yes, for you see after you beat Ganondorf and you load your file up again, you continue from your last save point.

No. Sorry but it just takes you back to the last save point and nothing else happens.
