PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I am really stuck in faron woods!! I am at the part were you have to destroy the weird flower things with the bombs I have done that and now I need to get past the rocks at you can explode the obnly problem is I can't do it every time I get near to the step to get near the door the bomb explodes and you can't climb with them!!
PLEASE HELP ME I would really appricate the help

If I understand correctly you need to throw the boomerang at the bomb then the rock
