So Midna Is Saying ' The DARK POWER is is in the SACRED LAND of the proud MOUNTAIN PEOPLE.' I don't understand where I have to go??

If you haven't already gotten to the Goron Mines part, then what Midna is saying is that you need to go to Death Mountain. This is located in Kakariko Village, so you'll have to find that in Hyrule Field (you'll need your horse to get there). Hope this helps!! :D
