If you mean the tears of light, you have to go into sense mode to find those bugs that like to cover themselves in electricity, kill them and the orb will come out just wait for it to come down to the ground and walk into it and you will automatically collect it.

There are two types, one, poe souls and you get them from deafeating poes in wolf form. And two, the blue orbs in the star game in hyrule.Poes are scattered around hyrule, and only deafeated in wolf form with your senses on.The star game in Castle townblue orbs are obtained when you go though them.If you beat it and youve never had before, youll get a bigger quiver.
