If the mountain you are tyring to get passed is the death mountain, you go up first part of the mountain. A goron will roll at you. Don't worry if it knocks you off, because thats whats supposed to happen.After that, leave the death mountain. Renardo will be waiting for you, he'll talk to you and stuff like that. Then go to ordon village and talk to the mayor. He will sumo westle you and you have to beat him twice. After that ,you get the iron boots. Use them at the death mountain when the goron is rolling at you. you will not be knocked off if you grab him and throw him.

If you are on Wii like me. Press and hold the A button when it says. And jerk the Wiimote to the left or right.(depending on your preference) and you should have hopefully knocked him off of the ledge.

I struggled with this and got SOOO frustrated. And nobody is really clear on solving the real problem. You have to HOLD the A button - But only start pressing down AFTER it prompts you! That's the key! After an hour of hunting for an answer and dying time and time again, that's when I realized how I kept messing up. Happy Linking!
