Putting fire out
In the temple where you have to save the monkeys in one of the places where you save them you have to put out some fire to get to a chest to get a key so how do you put it out? Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh well that's no problem. All you have to do is aim your gale boomerang at the fire and it will put out the fire.

There are a total of 8 monkeys to rescue. NONE of them require you to blow out any torches. You must be talking about the monkey in the room with the tile monsters. The small key is in the chest atop the totem pole, near the stairs at the room's entrance. The chest that is behind the "steps", that can only be reached by blowing out the torch(es) with the Gale Boomerang, only has a Piece of Heart.
