Where is the bolder built into the wall what you have to throw a bomb to get the chest to fall? (in forest temple)

It's in the room on the right in the big room where you've fought the big spider but you need a spider bomb to smash it but I can't get there in time & they exsplode on you ruining your health any help on that bit would be much appreiciated. Hope this helps By the way
