So I'm trying to follow the children's scent past a broken bridge.. And there are three rasta-looking shadow creatures that are wicked impossible to defeat. Is there any special wolf-technique that I can use to get the third one down before he screeches?

What I usually do is go kill one of the creatures so there are only two left. Lure the two so that they are both very close to you. Then when they are close enough use the special move that Midna taught you and can help you with. If you get both creatures inside the red circle thing and let go they will both be killed before one of them can screech. Good luck!

Target an enemy and use the B button to kill more than one enemy at a time. When the red ring expands and your enemies are found inside of it, release to kill multiple enemies at once. When you fight these shadow creatures, you can never leave only one remaining: you have to leave 2 or 3 and then kill them using the B attack. Either that or try hitting each of the remaining creatures a couple of times, gathering them together and then doing a spin attack.

You must get close to the one by itself and hold B let the ring of darkness get around him then let go of B then next get the ring around the two next two each other
