Castle Town Treasure Chest

I noticed that there is a chest when you exit through the south side of Castle Town. I have tried getting it and I counldn't find it possible. If possible could someone tell me how and what,s inside. THANKS

If it's the one over the fountain, your going to have to jump from the arch thing. There's one other chest, which you have to climb or hookshot the arch thing, then I think go into wolf mode. If that's wrong, I can't figure it out since I haven't been playing the game in a while.
