snow peak puzzle

I am in the room with 3 cubes on ice floor. I have moved them around but can't get them lined up to cover the trip plate in the middle of the floor. How may I maneuver them to line up properly? If I push them they go till stopped. Using ball and chain has same effect.

Comment:(Jan 7 2008) still stuck. is there a certain order to move the blocks? is there a certain number of moves? if 1 block is north of center and one on the other the 3rd block is moved how to get it over center plate? 4th day on this starting to stress. help!!!!

Push one block that will stop on the opposite side of it then get another block to stop on the other. Repeat til you get it to stop on the switch
