Where is the bomb in Chapter 15 to blow up the walls that hide the key?

You will need three keys in 15 (Crawling Catacombs).
After you get the story scroll, got down the stairs to the left. Come down to the bottom of the screen and pick up a bomb. Take it up and left a little and blow up the wall. Go in and kill everything. Jump to the top of the lower wall and from there to to the taller wall and get the first key. Then go up and to the right around to another area. Again go to the bottom of the screen and there will be a jump pad. JUMP up and get a bomb. Go back down and throw it over the rail into the room below killing the spider (hopefully). Get a second bomb and blow up the wall. Go down and kill any remaining spiders and other creatures, then up and to the left to pick up the second key. You may need a bomb or a shooter with long range bullets to kill the little theif. He has the third key. Take all three back to the door with three locks. Further on you will come to some BIG spiders. If bombs are close by use them to kill the spiders. If not switch to a skylander with longer range and chunk globs of lava at the spiders or shoot them from a distance. If their web gets you, shake it off quickly or get killed. One of those gargantuan spiders may hold a key. Kill the spider, get the key, use a bomb or a rocket shooter like zook to open the wall to get the treasure chest.

I forgot one thing. When you FIRST enter chapter 15 you are on a balcony of sorts looking out over the area. The bomb you need is directly below you on the lower level balcony. To get to it, GO LEFT, use the bomb there to enter the room and get the first key. Then go north a short ways up the hall, then RIGHT which will take you back to the area BELOW the balcony where you started. The bomb is on the balcony at the bottom of the screen. Use the jump pad to jump up and get it. You will need several to clear the walls, spiders, and the little thief.
