What is the best hat on skylanders wii, what level and how?

Probably the rocket hat ,but I have forgotten which level it's on.

Hats on all the consoles are the same except for one special one available ONLY on that console. Hats can provide one or maybe TWO enhancements to your skylander. Some provide more SPEED, others provide more ELEMENTAL POWER, others more ARMOR, others more CRITICAL HITS. SOME provide TWO enhancements. If you want the BIG NUMBER enhancements: consider. BERET=15 critical hits from Crawling catacombs, COMBAT HAT=15 elemental power from battlefield, COONSKIN CAP=10 critcal hit form falling forest, CROWN OF LIGHT=15 armor from cadaverous crypt, LIL DEVIL=9 speed from lava lake railroad, TIKI HAT=10 elemental power from dark water cove, TROJAN HELMET=10 armor from Crystal Eye castle, UNICORN HAT=12 critical hit PLUS 12 armor from quicksilver vault, WABBIT EARS=12 armor PLUS 5 speed from lair of kaos, and finally the WIZARD HAT=25 elemental power from arkeyan armory. The other hats are not as "powerful" ALSO, all the adventure pack hats provide good upgrades in the 10, 12, ane 20 vicinity. REMEMBER also, that you can put the same hat on SEVERAL skylanders at the same time and those hats stay with the skylander, even when you visit a friend, EVEN if the friend has not yet found the hat. KEEP A HAT ON ALL YOUR SKYLANDERS. The biggest SPEED boost is the WINGED HAT=12 speed from the Dragons Peak adventure pack. LIL DEVIL=9 is next fastest speed boost. Rocket hat is next at 6 speed boost from the troll warehouse. Speed is probably the enhancement MOST people want the most. Although adding armor or elemental power to a "weak" skylander that gets killed a lot also makes sense.
