Talk to the man outside Saogatupe Poker gambling house. Next, head to the pool marked in the map. It's not exactly a pool but a cave. Swim inside to find the corpses of the villagers. If you haven't collected it yet, there's also a relic in the altar ahead. Exit the cave and kill the crocodile outside. Finally, return to the quest giver to complete this quest.
