There is an Easter egg (literally) hidden somewhere in Vice City. To reach this secret, first make your way to the VCN building in the northern half of the west island. Once you've found the building, head through the open double door to reach the rooftop. The secret room that holds the Easter egg is in the building west of the helipad. To get to it, you have to jump through the window closest to the edge of the helipad. Run from the other end of the helipad towards the edge and jump through this window to enter the room.
