Long title, I know, but the best way I think to make money is the firetruck mission, get at least 9 levels ull walk away with 20,000$, and easy way to do 'messing with the man' is, get 80 hidden packages to get sea sparrow (sounds hard, but I did it, just go to the hidden package walkthrough, the only flaws on it are sometimes it'll tell you to look on the wrong side of the road, and 7 and 100 are the same, but still), and then go down the highway and shoot up cars, every car you c!!!
