A good place to attempt to unlock the Rolled Over achievement/trophy (5 car rolls in a row from one crash) is the St. Francis Airport runway at the east end of the map. Get a fast car, such as a Comet, and make your way to the airport. You'll be attributed a 4-star wanted level for being on the runway, so the authorities might make things difficult. Nevertheless, look for the yellow “Caution Your Blast” markers along the strips of grass between the runway and loading area. Speed down towards these signs and run off of the edge of one with the car's two right (or left) tires. Doing so should send the car up in the air in a spiral, hopefully netting you this achievement if you had enough of a run-up. Try to hit the jump straight on, since attempting to turn while on grass tends to cause a spin out.
