Well first you have to unlock the meetinghouse door by beating the nightbeast and getting into the kine society. Then the meetinghouse will be open. Go into the meetinghouse and go into the graveyard. Go to the row all the way on the right and it will be at one of those graves. Make sure you have a shovel so you can dig up the charm.

First help Issac Rossem with his problem. Then do what Docter Dominion tells you to do. After that, talk to Issac Rossem and tell him what happened. Then he will give you a tracking device to find roberta. Then go to deadwood. When you get there the meetinghouse should be open. Then go into the back and u will find a graveyard. press x on every grave until u see dig up. after u do that u get the charm.
