They are in Division47. U buy them from the guy in the office in the baracks (Building with tarp outside)

Their's berries in the Barracks shop at Division place go to the man by the cash register and BOOM buy berries, I've got pretty far on the game just I haven't beaten it yet I think I'm close though well go buy your berries and enjoy!
