You have a telescope, make sure the sim is on there for a long time. It takes a bit of time

Use a telescope at night with your sim, after awhile your sim will finally be abducted.

In this sims game you can't get abucted or buy a telescope.You can only do that in the sims games for Xbox,Gamecube...etc
