Hey, how do I gain another roommate?

When you are in paradise place, you must befriend one of the people outside that just wander around and have no lives whatsoever. Then you call them on your phone in your house, and then you can invite them to stay with you.

Ta;k to your maid then select the 2nd answer and you can only invite when you have max relationship
