It opens when you talk to the women with the outside shop I think I can't really remember

You need to complete the goal at pardices place and and goto rossum house and doctor dominion called you and give you key words and you say that key words to rooberta and you talk to isaacand you need to find the parts of robberta body with radar device it is a goal you need to go to meeting to find robberta legs/hand (forget)and then you examine all the grave if you find write dig click and you will get tha charm and give it to annie howwel (forget to spell it)and then talk to emily (your maid)and the ghost in the master bedroom will gone.
