First you must earn enough money for atleast 2600 then go to the phone to buy object, then buy the Hypno-teacher, and use it to gain mechanical skills of 2 then go to newlow's house and go infront of the bookcase which has the option hack then thats it--hope I helped you

Go to his work room and try all the book case if you find write examine click it and click that book case again and click open an than the book case will make a door and you gon through that door and you find doctor newlow hi real name is doctor dominion and you go to his computer and he will disappered and you need to steal liberty exe and give it to robberta rossum and talk to isaac rossum(roberta husband)and the goal is finished
