You have to do a taser in a crafting bench outside. The ingredients I think you can buy it at the store outside. Then after you finish the taser, you click the 'select' menu in you're psp and navigate the taser, it should be on you're perks, click it then back to the game.come to annie and click O (the taser should be the one activated, you can see the icon at the lower right portion of the monitor).dothis in frontof the crowd.this should make her go mad and turn her into a werepug.at first I intimidated her and alli get is her got angry and I have to apologize and pay her 1000,geez, itdoesn'treally work.try my first advice with the taser.it will work.it took me a lot of tries after I did it. By the way, you should have 700 simoleons because u'll going to give it to annie to rehabilitate her. Hope it helps.=)
