What area could I find those khezu whelps? It's for the village quist

Go to area 8 and look for the little tunnel like opening in the wall. Go through it and work your way round the path until you get to an ancient dragon. Use pickaxe to mine them

Its on top of the moutain you mine it from the dragon's skin in area 8.
