Hi guys, I aint been here for a while so...
What level do you need to be and how do you get scatterfish
I need them for large barrel bomb+ to kill stuff faster

I've been able to get scatterfish from the old lady peddler person since I got the game. I'm not sure, but I think you might need downloadable content to get the old lady to sell better things. Other from that, you can get them by fishing pretty much anywhere. I forget what they look like in the water though, sorry.

They look grey in the water and they're small, just fish in the Poke farm if you can't buy them.

I always keep a stock in my item box so I don't run out until the old lady starts selling them again.
