You need Machalite Ore: 15, Earth Crystal: 30, Electro Sac: 4 and to upgrade Iron Katana "Grace" to Iron Katana "Gospel" then you will get Eager Cleaver.

As darkmaster823 explained the Eagle Cleaver, you can also upgrade it into Devil Slicer. The only major material you need is Thunderbug Juice from the Tower. It'll make your battle much easier and shorter.

As deathstrike said that you can upgrade eagle clever to devil slicer.....
And then you can upgrade it to TRUE DEVIL SLICER.....ehehehehee,,which I have.......
