You download it as far as I know (i think you need hr4 or higher to do it even after download).

The akantor quest is an urgent quest!! First you need to finish all the hunting quest on the hr6 then an urgent quest will appear but it is not akantor, it is a shen gaoren quest if you finish that the rise to the summit quest will appear that is the akantor quest!!! Ok dude gudluck!!!

If you want to fight the BIG JELLYFISH THING, there is an add on expansion for this game called monster hunter freedom portable 2nd G coming out in Japan in March 28th and a release for an english version is not yet announced.
