Date of Question: Aug 20 2009 | Question ID: 145441 Ok I'm lvl 21 and finished all Dark Brotherhood and Fighters Guild quest. I gave the Stranger the note to be forged and came back a day later and he still keeps saying he;s not done. Is my game glitched or is there something I'm not doing right? I have everything he wanted and Idk whats going on. I slept for nearly a week and he's still saying he's not done. I don't get it..I have the guide and it's not helping so maybe one of you have had the same problem...anyway by this? |
I did have the same problem. So I made sure to come back two days or more later. Your game shouldn`t be glitched just make sure to see him back at the abandoned house after dark (not when he is in the castle) two or three days after you had first spoke to him. I can`t remember what time he returns to the house but I think it may be after 9 at night.If you spoke to him at the castle then that might have been the problem. If you have already done as I have said then I do not know what else to say.

Also make sure you are not waiting inside the abandoned house. This will cause "the stranger" to think you never left.
