Does any one know where to find the shrine of Hermaeus Mora is hidden I just can't find it

It's in the mountains to the north-west somewhat to the corner of the map.

The shrine is deep in the Jerral mountains west side.The easiest way to get there is to take the path on the slope just north west of Sancre Tor, and follow that up through all the battlements into the mountains, just keep your eyes open and should be able to see the path all the way to the shrine.
