I've completed the quest, but every time I read the Oghma Infinium, the game freezes. I haven't used any cheats, codes, or neglected my system in any way, so what could be the problem and how do I fix it?

I've never heard of a bug that causes this so it might be something simple like a fingerprint on the disc or a hair on the lens. A scratch on the disc may also cause this. Try using a lens cleaner and clean your disc using a proper disc cleaner and cloth. If it's a scratch you can get the disc buffed really cheap these days. Most game stores will do this for you.
