Is the cheat that was submitted by someone saying that. Destroying everything in the bar where you fight wolverine true. It stated that following this event it would enable you to play as Carnage. I attempted it and it did not work, so if anyone could tell me if it is tru or not and how to do it, it would be gravy.

No this cheat is fake but you do play as carnage very late in the game although it's not for very long...
