As Spider-Man you pick up health tokens after completing city events. As Venom you could just feast on civilians and that refills your health. As Venom you're definitely going to want to keep an eye on your health as it will slowly drain as you're playing as him. The symbiote needs to constantly feed in order to survive in this game
