How to full the helth

As Spider-Man you pick up health tokens after completing city events. As Venom you could just feast on civilians and that refills your health. As Venom you're definitely going to want to keep an eye on your health as it will slowly drain as you're playing as him. The symbiote needs to constantly feed in order to survive in this game

Whatever you do, run, dodge, and attack. When Silver Sable sends her men, just keep punching/kicking them all at various times. Then when you have to fight venom, do the same. If you don't know how to dodge, it is L.

How do you unlock carnage suit? And Is their any special cheats for fighting?

To my knowledge there is no such ability to play as Carnage in USM, though I wish I was wrong, I'd guess some kind of mod would be your best bet
