To my knowledge there is no such ability to play as Carnage in USM, though I wish I was wrong, I'd guess some kind of mod would be your best bet
Either you need a gameshark or beat 80% of the game then go to where you beated Edie Brock Jr. On the trask building and you will hear a weird sound.Beat Venom And you get the carnage suit.
